Processing of orders

When ordering goods and payment is made from our online shop, our delivery department will be able to look at the order and then will be able to send the ordered goods to Bring (logistics company).


Usually the goods will be sent from us the next working days after the order has been received. We take care of empty goods, but if an item is empty, customers will be informed by the support team and the sums will be paid back in the next 3 to 5 working days.

Normally, Small packages are delivered to the postbox, but if your postbox is full, you must collect the package from the post office. Service package is delivered to the post office, you will receive a collection notification by email or SMS from the delivery company (Bring or Posten), notification by email or SMS is based on what your order is. It is the customers' duty to take care of the collection notification status, in the event of a delay in collecting the goods, the Post Office returns unclaimed packages after 14 days according to its system. Unclaimed packages will be returned to at the customers' expense. Customers will receive an offer to have the product sent back from us but at the customer's expense. In the event that customers do not wish to take the ordered product back, the customer will be charged NOK 199 plus the returned invoice, but the remaining sums will be refunded to customers.

The risk of the goods

The risk for the goods passes to the buyer when he, or his representative, has had the goods delivered in accordance with point Delivery


Small parcels are normally sent as letter parcels, while larger parcels are sent as Service parcels with Posten Norge AS.
